These transformers are typically categorized into conventional and CSP types.

★Product Features
  • Space-Efficient and Easy to Install
Designed for pole-mounted applications, single-phase transformers feature a compact and lightweight construction that minimizes ground space usage. Their streamlined design eliminates the need for complex support systems, making them perfect for both rural and urban settings where space is at a premium.
  • Energy-Efficient Performance
By incorporating premium-grade core materials and advanced winding technology, these transformers significantly reduce power loss. Their high efficiency ensures consistent voltage output, lowering operational costs and improving overall grid performance.
  • Rugged and Weatherproof Construction
Engineered with durable, corrosion-resistant materials and fully sealed enclosures, these transformers can endure severe weather conditions—such as heavy rain, strong winds, and temperature extremes—while preventing moisture penetration for long-lasting reliability.
  • Low-Maintenance and Service-Friendly
Installed at an elevated position, they are shielded from ground-level risks yet remain easily accessible for inspections and repairs. Convenient features like external bushings and access panels streamline maintenance, ensuring minimal service interruptions.
  • Budget-Friendly Power Solution
Compared to ground-based alternatives, these transformers require less installation effort and infrastructure investment, offering a cost-efficient option for grid expansion. Their energy-saving operation also translates into reduced long-term expenses.
  • Flexible and Wide-Ranging Use
Ideal for residential, commercial, and light industrial power distribution, they deliver dependable electricity supply in both remote and high-density urban areas. Adjustable specifications allow seamless integration with diverse grid demands.

Product Uses
  • Rural Electrification
Single-phase pole-mounted transformers are widely used in remote villages and off-grid areas where power demand is low. They efficiently step down voltage (e.g., 11kV to 230V) to supply households, small farms, and community centers. Their compact, pole-mounted design reduces installation costs, making them ideal for expanding electricity access in underserved regions.
  • Residential Areas & Suburban Homes
In urban and suburban neighborhoods, these transformers provide stable power to single-phase residential loads. They are commonly installed on utility poles to distribute electricity to houses, streetlights, and small shops. Their reliability and low maintenance make them a cost-effective solution for localized power distribution.
  • Agricultural & Farming Operations
Farmers rely on these transformers to power irrigation pumps, grain dryers, and dairy equipment. Their rugged construction withstands harsh outdoor conditions, ensuring uninterrupted operation in rural and agricultural environments. By reducing transmission losses, they enhance energy efficiency for farming activities.
  • Temporary Power for Events & Construction
For construction sites, outdoor events, or emergency recovery, single-phase pole-mounted transformers offer quick and flexible power solutions. They can be easily installed to supply temporary lighting, tools, and equipment without requiring permanent infrastructure.
  • Small Commercial & Retail Use
Small businesses, roadside vendors, and telecom towers use these transformers for reliable electricity supply. They support essential loads like refrigeration, signage, and communication devices, providing an economical alternative to three-phase systems where high capacity is unnecessary.
Product Operate Guide
  1. Preparing the Site
Select a suitable installation location that is level, well-drained, and free from obstructions. Clear the area of debris and ensure adequate working space for installation and future maintenance.
  2. Erecting the Support Pole
Install the utility pole according to local standards and ensure it is securely anchored and vertically aligned. Verify the pole height and strength are appropriate for the transformer’s weight and clearance requirements.
  3. Assembling the Transformer Components
Mount the transformer securely onto the pole using approved brackets and hardware. Attach all necessary accessories such as bushings, lightning arresters, and grounding connections as specified by the manufacturer.
  4. Connecting the Primary and Secondary Wiring
Connect the high-voltage (primary) and low-voltage (secondary) cables to the corresponding terminals following the wiring diagram. Ensure all connections are tight, clean, and properly insulated. Ground the transformer as required by local electrical codes.
  5. Testing the Transformer Before Placing It into Service
Perform pre-commissioning tests including insulation resistance, transformer turns ratio, and polarity checks. Inspect all connections and verify oil levels (if applicable). Only energize the transformer after confirming all tests meet the required standards.
